SHIPPING AND TRANSPORTATION
The shipping rate applied to your purchases will depend on the destination and the total amount of your order.
Shipping Costs for Mainland Spain: €6 + VAT. Free delivery for orders over €300 + VAT.
Shipping Costs for the Balearic Islands: €12 + VAT. Free delivery for orders over €300 + VAT.
Shipping Costs for the Canary Islands: €80. Free delivery for orders over €1,000.
Shipping Costs for Ceuta and Melilla: €80. Free delivery for orders over €2,500.
Products will be shipped once payment has been verified, usually through a courier service, depending on the destination freely designated by the customer. Deliveries via PO Box services will not be made.
Delivery times typically range between 48 and 72 business hours, depending on the destination and the selected payment method. This timeframe assumes the availability of the merchandise has been confirmed and full payment for the order has been verified. Orders remain "pending" until all items are available.
Delivery dates or timelines are considered approximate and do not constitute a breach of contract if delayed. If Sherwood Media fails to deliver the goods within 30 days of the agreed delivery date, the customer has the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund without any additional costs. Sherwood Media will not be held liable for damages or losses resulting from such delays.
Sherwood Media will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to false, inaccurate, or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Delivery is considered complete when the courier has made the products available to the customer, and the customer or their representative has signed the delivery receipt.
It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the products upon receipt and note any exceptions or claims on the delivery receipt that may be justified.
Shipping costs are not included in the product prices. Shipping fees will be calculated during the checkout process, based on the total order amount and delivery address.
